Marino Marini Museum in Florence begins Wednesday, January 20, 2010 Display, a new exhibition, curated by Alberto Salvadori, who will submit every four months, a project created by young artists. The space devoted to this operation is positioned in a location visible from the outside in the churchyard of St. Pancras, between the fence and the glass door that brings to the museum. Jobs that will be confronted with the presence of works of Marino and fundamentally with his sculptures.

A new appointment with the big picture to MNAF (Museo Nazionale Alinari della Fotografia) January 14 to Florence, where is presented the exhibition “Paris Capital of Photography 1920-1940,” on display until 11 April, which is a collaboration between Jeu de Paume and Fratelli Alinari Foundation for the History of Photography.
This is the first major exhibition of this important historical period of the twentieth century devoted solely to photography. There are over 100 works on display (all vintage prints) of forty photographers who worked in Paris between ’20 and ’40, along with original era (magazines, books etc.).

The exhibition – sponsored by the Library and by the contribution of the Fondazione Monte dei Paschi di Siena and the Tuscany Region – sports hall in the historic Via della Sapienza, some of the most significant finds related to the architectural culture from the fifteenth to the eighteenth century Sienese .

Graphics will be exhibited at the Museum of more than one hundred original drawings by Luzzati for animated films and books of fairy tales set in the context of a production made with equipment also derived from drawings of the artist: the Magic Flute to Ali Baba, Pinocchio from Pulcinella, to experience the exceptional edition out of print for Olivetti fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm.

The Institute of the Innocents with Fila-Fabbrica Italian Lapis and Allied and the city of Florence celebrated the work of the great artist Mario Mariotti twelve years after his death.
