Friday, January 22 next at 18.00, at Palazzo Fabroni continues the cycle of meetings organized by the museum with the directors of institutions for contemporary art in Tuscany that they present and explain their programs.
After Marco Bazzini with the Centro Pecci in Prato, Marco Pierini with SMS Contemporary Siena and Lorenzo Giusti and Arabella Natalini with EX3 Florence, Alberto Salvadori has the Museo Marino Marini Observatory for Contemporary Arts Ente Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze.
For Pistoia (where there is one of the most prestigious institutes dedicated to Marino Marini in Italy and in Europe) this is a special opportunity to learn about the museum also dedicated to the great Florentine artist Pistoia. Located in the historic center of Florence, in the former church of San Pancrazio, between Via della Vigna Nuova and Piazza Santa Maria Novella, 183 works by the artist preserves: sculptures, paintings, drawings and etchings, executed between 1916 and 1977 and donated at various times by the same Marine, his wife Marina and from other collectors to the City of Florence
Alberto Salvadori also illustrate the activities for Contemporary Arts, created by the interest and attention that Ente Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze.
The meeting with Alberto Salvadori, which takes place on the first floor hall of the Palazzo Fabroni, is free and open to the public. Admission is free until beds.
