Kino Dessì in Livorno – the exhibition Massimo PASCA – 2 October 2009 to 22 October 2009 – Tuscany

LIVORNO – A year after winning the prize with his reggae band Ciampi Working Vibes, Massimo Pasca back to Livorno on the wings of his second (or first, depending on your point of view) Muse: art. From 2 October until 22 October the great works of the established artists will be exhibited inside the halls of Puglia Film Kino DESS Leghorn, under the review proposals of contemporary art at its fifth edition. To propose to Leghorn art “psychedelic and Taranto” by Massimo Pasca is the art critic Christine Oliver, as always in collaboration with the Association Kinoglaz Agency Cdcom.
An initiative that helps to enrich the cultural and exhibition of the city of Livorno, designed in an unconventional place but very special and beautiful, if only for the fact that I was now one of the last traditional cinema present in Livorno.
MAXIMUM PASCA
He has exhibited in Italy and abroad, made numerous live performance painting by painting for private collectors, institutions, community centers, film clubs, theaters, musicians. After his early surrealist style, search for a short time as part of the Informal, 2003 Station to Station participates in the Stazione Leopolda in Florence, where he completed his “Geko Giant” a painting made of jet, three meters in less two hours.
In June 2008 he was entrusted by the city of Pisa and Caparol Italy, the execution under the Loggia dei Banchi a mural of thirty square meters on which he paints a “living oxymoron”, a dinosaur about six feet. In 2009 he paints on stage with Negrita (for which he designed the cover of the cd Helldorado), Piero Pelu ‘, Bandabardo’, Modena City Ramblers, creating a painting live within a few hours.
It ‘also the singer and founder of Working Vibes reggae band, which has two albums on the assets distributed by Venus, with whom he won the Fields Prize in 2008.
The opening of the exhibition, Friday, October 2nd, is planning an inaugural cocktail to which all citizens are invited. The exhibition will be open until 20.00 with free admission and subsequent days until 22 October will be visited during the opening hours of film.
