Giuseppe Ciccia in Fiesole – 12 September 2009 to 31 October 2009 – Tuscany

The exhibition was sponsored by the Culture – City of Fiesole, Museo di Fiesole, Fiesole Summer. Under the patronage of the Province of Florence and the Regional Council of Tuscany.
The exhibition, which develops in the area and the Civic Archaeological Museum in Fiesole, Fiesole Summer closes and opens the events of the new fall season.
Curator of the exhibition is the art critic and museology Maurizio Vanni

“WINDOW ON THE PAST” is an installation in fiberglass cm. 400 x 560, Maestro Giuseppe Ciccia, which will be placed in the space above the Roman Theater of Fiesole. At the entrance of the Archaeological Museum will be located three large “Canopus”, sculptures in terracotta colors frostproof engobes and within a “stele” a truncated pyramid in plexiglass.
The entire route will be marked with the works and installations up to the room Costantini that will close the show with paintings on canvas, all new and built for the event.
Joseph Ciccia With this exhibition will demonstrate the importance of interactivity artist-route-viewer, which, although sometimes uses the technology, shows respect for the history of art “disappear.”
